Polish
Easy to spot with their signature crest of feathers. Docile and calm, Polish chickens are a striking addition to any flock.

FAQs
What does “straight run” mean?
Straight run means chicks are sold unsexed — as hatched, with no guarantee of male or female. Sexing chicks accurately is difficult, especially at a young age, so we sell straight run only.
Are these good for beginners?
Yes. Both Silkies and Polish are known for calm, friendly temperaments, making them a great choice whether you’re new to keeping chickens or just want a gentler addition to an existing flock.
Do they lay eggs?
Yes, though both breeds are considered ornamental and lay smaller and less frequently than production breeds. They’re better suited for looks, personality, and companionship than for high egg output.
