Are these treats labeled to Texas standards?
Yes. Our pet treats follow Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) labeling requirements for pet food and treat products.
Why does the hide still have fur on it?
We leave the fur on our hide chews on purpose. It’s a natural source of fiber that helps move things along in your dog’s digestive system, and the texture adds extra chewing enrichment. Because of the fur, hide chews are best given outside, since they can get a little messy as your dog works through one.
Are these safe for all dogs?
These treats are best given as a supervised chew, and like any treat, portion size should match your dog’s size. As always, check with your vet if your dog has specific dietary needs.
